Section 9.64.030. Review of complaints against the chief administrative law judge.

(a) The attorney general will review any complaint filed against the chief administrative law judge under AS 44.64.050. (b) The attorney general will follow the procedures described in 9 AAC 64.040 - 9 AAC 64.060 for investigation, hearing, and disposition of a complaint if, after reviewing the complaint, the attorney general determines that the conduct alleged in the complaint, if true, would constitute a violation of (1) AS 44.64.050(a); or (2) 2 AAC 64.010 - 2 AAC 64.050 warranting disciplinary action. (c) The attorney general will deny the complaint and give written notice of the denial to the person making the complaint and to the chief administrative law judge if, after reviewing the complaint, the attorney general determines that the conduct alleged in the complaint, if true, would not constitute a violation of (1) AS 44.64.050(a); or (2) 2 AAC 64.010 - 2 AAC 64.050 warranting disciplinary action.
