(a) The potato grades adopted and designated as the official grades for the state are U.S. Extra No. 1, U.S. No. 1, U.S. Commercial, U.S. No. 2, and U.S. No. 1 seed potatoes, as contained in United States Standards for Grades of Potatoes, as revised as of February 5, 1972, and United States Standards for Grades of Seed Potatoes, as revised as of April 29, 1972.
(b) In addition to the grades authorized in (a) of this section, a lot of potatoes that fails to meet a U.S. No. 2 grade or better will be designated as "culls."
