Editor's note: Effective 7/30/2006, Register 179, the Big Game Commercial Services Board readopted 12 AAC 75.410, to affirm the validity of that section following statutory amendments made in ch. 84, SLA 2005. The board also amended 12 AAC 75.410. Chapter 84, SLA 2005 transferred the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economics Development's authority to adopt regulations in 12 AAC 75 to the Big Game Commercial Services Board.
