(a) A motorcycle or motor-driven cycle must be equipped with at least one stop light meeting the requirements of 13 AAC 04.035(c). (b) Except for a motorcycle or a motor-driven cycle manufactured or assembled before January 1, 1980, a motorcycle or motor-driven cycle must be equipped with turn signals meeting the requirements of 13 AAC 04.037(b).
