If the individual has received a discharge or release other than honorable or general, the Corporation may require additional evidence to demonstrate that the discharge or release was under conditions other than dishonorable. (b) The Corporation may seek assistance from the United States Veterans Administration as the Corporation considers necessary or appropriate to determine whether an individual qualifies as a veteran under 15 AAC 151.215 - 15 AAC 151.250.
