Section 17.42.381. Cancellation of award; proposals.

If the successful proposer does not sign the lease, permit, concession, or any other required document or perform any other requirement of the request for proposals within the time set by the request for proposals or as extended by the manager for good cause, the airport manager shall cancel the award. The cancellation must be in writing and state the reasons for the cancellation. If the manager cancels an award, the manager shall, following any negotiations process under 17 AAC 42.366 (i) and (j) and to subject to a nonresponsibility determination under 17 AAC 42.372(b), mail or deliver to all proposers a notice of intent to award the agreement to the proposer of the next best proposal, as ranked by the proposal evaluation committee, or reject all proposals under 17 AAC 42.378.
