Section 18.69.053. Notice of sampling.

Latest version.

An owner or operator, or an employee, contractor, or agent of the owner or operator, shall provide written or electronic notice to the department at least 36 hours before collecting a sample required to be taken by AS 46.03.465(b). The notice must include the time and date on which the sample will be taken.
