 Chapter 18.74. Water and Wastewater Operator Certification and Training.
 Article 18.74.2. Requirements for an Operator of a Small, Untreated or Small, Treated Water System.

Section 18.74.400. Applicability.  

Latest version. 
  • The requirements of 18 AAC 74.410 - 18 AAC 74.450 apply to a  
		(1) community or non-transient non-community water system that  
			(A) has fewer than 100 service connections;  
			(B) is used or intended for use by fewer than 500 individuals per day; and  
			(C) has been classified as a small, untreated or small, treated water system under 18 AAC 74.450;  
		(2) community or non-transient non-community water system that  
			(A) has fewer than 15 service connections;  
			(B) is used or intended for use by 500 or more individuals per day; and  
			(C) has been classified as a small, untreated or small, treated water system under 18 AAC 74.450; and  
		(3) transient non-community water system that  
			(A) uses a surface water source or a groundwater under the direct influence of surface water source; and  
			(B) has been classified as a small, treated water system under 18 AAC 74.450.
