Section 2.05.100. Duties.

	(a)  The state internal auditor under the general supervision of the commissioner of administration shall perform audits, surveys, and special studies in the appraisal of state accounting, financial, or other activities.  
	(b)  The state internal auditor shall direct the administrative and audit activities of the office of the state internal auditor and supervise the issuance of all final audit reports.
