Section 2.12.150. Receipt, opening, and recording of bids.

(a) A bid must be submitted with the invitation to bid number clearly identified. The rest of the bid must be in a form that cannot be viewed until opened by the procurement officer. Upon receipt, a bid correction shall be securely stored until the time and date set for bid opening. (b) Bids and corrections shall be opened at the time, date, and place designated in the invitation to bid. The name of each bidder, the bid price, and other information deemed appropriate by the procurement officer shall be tabulated.
