(a) Before action by the final decision-maker, reconsideration to correct typographical or other manifest errors in a proposed decision may be requested by a party and granted by the administrative law judge. (b) A final decision-maker may not reconsider a final decision issued after an administrative hearing subject to AS 44.64.060, except to correct typographical or other manifest errors, unless a statute provides for reconsideration. (c) A final decision-maker may reconsider a final decision issued after an administrative hearing not subject to AS 44.64.060 as provided in statute or regulation. (d) The procedure for reconsideration is as provided in the statute or regulation authorizing reconsideration. A party who requests reconsideration shall provide a copy of the request to the office.
