Section 2.70.200. Notification to department.

A person whose name appears as the owner of a boat on a certificate of number shall, within 15 days, notify the department in writing of  
		(1) any change in address;  
		(2) the theft or recovery of the boat;  
		(3) the loss or destruction of a valid certificate of number;  
		(4) the transfer of all or part of the owner's interest in the boat; and  
		(5) the destruction or abandonment of the boat.
