Section 2.90.055. Reexamination of school bus driver.

	(a)  Upon written request of a peace officer, the Department of Education and Early Development, a school district, or the employer of a school bus driver, the department may, upon giving 10 days notice to the school bus driver, require the driver to submit to a part or all of the examination requirements.  
	(b)  If the school bus driver does not satisfactorily pass the examination required by the department under (a) of this section, the department may suspend the person's school bus driver endorsement until the examination is passed.  
	(c)  Refusal or neglect to submit to reexamination under this section will result in suspension of the school bus driver endorsement until the examination is satisfactorily completed.
