Section 20.05.767. Priority classification system for Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab pot, ring net, and diving gear fisheries.

	(a)  The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point systems in 20 AAC 05.768 - 20 AAC 05.770 for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab pot, ring net, and diving gear fisheries.  
	(b)  A point scale of   
		(1) 0 - 66 is established for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab pot fishery;  
		(2) 0 - 12 is established for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab ring net fishery; and  
		(3) 0 - 12 is established for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab diving gear fishery.
