Section 20.05.796. Point system for the Northern Southeast herring spawn-on-kelp pound fishery.

The commission will award a maximum of 100 points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Northern Southeast herring spawn-on-kelp pound fishery. Applicants who commercially harvested herring spawn-on-kelp from the fishery over the 1990-1994 time period will be awarded points for the seasons in which they participated, as follows: Season 1990 1991 1992 1993 1994 Commercial Harvest (Available Points) 11 12 13 14 15 Pound Built and Permitted (Available Points) 11 12 13 14 15 Total Available Points 22 24 26 28 30
