Section 20.15.625. Application procedures.

	(a)  An Alaska resident attending, or planning to attend, an eligible degree program at either an in-state or out-of-state postsecondary institution who wishes to apply for an A.W. "Winn" Brindle memorial education loan must complete and submit an application on a form obtained from the commission.  
	(b)  The commission will  
		(1) review, for eligibility, all completed applications that were received by the application deadline; and  
		(2) issue education loan awards on the basis of ranking and availability of money.  
	(c)  Each year, an education loan recipient requesting an education for that school year must file an application on a form obtained from the commission.
