(a) The chief procurement officer shall establish and maintain inventory records for non-consumable supplies owned and managed by the authority. The records must include (1) non-consumable supplies with a unit acquisition cost of more than $5,000; (2) supplies determined by the chief procurement officer to be sensitive, regardless of cost; and (3) lease purchase or installment purchase equipment or long-term rental equipment. (b) Theft of supplies valued at $500 or more shall be immediately reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency. All lost, stolen, or destroyed supplies shall be reported to the executive director. (c) If there is a conflict between 3 AAC 100.630 - 3 AAC 100.640 and the requirements of a bond resolution or a funding agreement, the requirements of the bond resolution or the funding agreement prevail.
