Section 3.16.030. Fees and charges for business corporations under AS 10.06.

	(a)  The fee for a domestic corporation filing articles of incorporation under AS 10.06  or a foreign corporation filing an application for certificate of authority under AS 10.06  is $150.  
	(b)  The nonrefundable fee for filing articles of amendment, articles of merger or consolidation, an amendment of certificate of authority, or any other document filed under AS 10.06  is $25.  
	(c)  Repealed 7/7/89.  
	(d)  Repealed 7/7/89.  
	(e)  The fee for filing a change of office address for three or more corporations submitted at one time by a registered agent is $40.  
	(f)  Repealed 7/3/95.  
	(g)  Repealed 7/3/95.  
	(h)  The nonrefundable fee for filing  
		(1) a certificate of election to dissolve is $10; and  
		(2) articles of dissolution is $15.  
	(i)  Repealed 11/2/80.  
	(j)  Repealed 7/7/89.
