(a) At least once in each 12 consecutive month period in which a customer relationship exists, a licensee shall provide clear and conspicuous notice to each customer that accurately reflects the licensee's privacy policies and practices. (b) A licensee is not required to provide an annual notice to an individual who is no longer a customer.
