For an annuity in a payout period with changes in non-guaranteed elements and for the entire accumulation period of a deferred annuity the insurer shall provide each contract owner a report at least annually that contains the status of the contract including at a minimum the following: (1) the beginning and ending dates of the current report period; (2) the accumulation and cash surrender value, if any, at the end of (A) the previous report period; and (B) the current report period; (3) during the current report period, the total amounts, if any, (A) credited to the contract value; (B) charged to the contract value; or (C) paid; (4) the amount of outstanding loans, if any, as of the end of the current report period.
