Section 3.31.410. Examination of viatical settlement providers, viatical settlement brokers, and viatical settlement representatives.  


Latest version.
  • 	(a)  The director may examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, records, and assets of a licensed or formerly licensed viatical settlement provider, viatical settlement broker, or viatical settlement representative.  
    	(b)  In the place of an examination by the director, the director may accept a full examination report of the last recent examination of a licensed viatical settlement provider, viatical settlement broker, or viatical settlement representative certified to by the insurance supervisory official of another state, territory, commonwealth, or district of the United States.
