Section 3.99.300. Scope of article.

The provisions of 3 AAC 99.300 - 3 AAC 99.390 apply to an application submitted to the authority for authority participation in a loan that is or could be financed by the issuance of bonds the interest on which is not excluded from gross income for federal income taxes under the code, and which bonds are not secured solely by a project applicant or a project or by a qualified energy development applicant or a qualified energy development.
