Section 4.12.415. Current address.

Latest version.

The holder of a certificate issued under this chapter shall maintain a current, valid mailing address on file with the department at all times. The latest mailing address on file for the holder of a current, lapsed, suspended, or revoked certificate is the address for official communications, notifications, or service of legal process.
