Section 5.02.415. Subsistence Dungeness crab fishery.

  • 	(a)  The daily bag and possession limit is 12 Dungeness crab per person. Only male Dungeness crab six and one-half inches or greater in width of shell may be taken or possessed.  
    	(b)  Subsistence taking of Dungeness crab is prohibited in water 25 fathoms or more in depth during the 14 days immediately before the opening of a commercial king or Tanner crab fishing season in the location.
