The Norton Sound-Port Clarence Area includes all waters of Alaska between the latitude of the westernmost tip of Cape Prince of Wales and a line extending 315_ northwest from Point Romanof at 63_ 12.16' N. lat., 162_ 49.72' W. long. to a point three nautical miles offshore at 63_ 14.27' N. lat., 162_ 54.40' W. long., including the waters of Alaska surrounding St. Lawrence Island and those waters draining into the Bering Sea.
