Section 5.27.150. Waters closed to herring fishing in Southeastern Alaska Area.

Herring may not be taken in  
		(1) District 1, in the waters of Clover Pass, Tongass Narrows, Moser Bay, and Naha Bay that are south and east of a line from Indian Point located at 55_ 36.85' N. lat., 131_ 42.03' W. long., to the northeastern tip of Betton Island located at 55_  32.56' N. lat., 131_ 47.66' W. long., to a point on the southwest tip of Betton Island located at 55_ 30.22' N. lat., 131_ 50.32' W. long., to Guard Island Light, to Vallenar Point located at 55_ 25.58' N. lat., 131_ 51.09' W. long.;  
		(2) District 2, in Kasaan Bay west of a line from Island Point to Grindall Point, including all waters of Skowl Arm, Polk Inlet, McKenzie Inlet, and Twelve Mile Arm;  
		(3) District 5;  
		(4) District 6,  
			(A) by herring purse seine in the waters of Wrangell Narrows between the latitude of Blunt Point and the longitude of Prowley Point Light;  
			(B) in the waters of District 6 west of the longitude of Point Colpoys;  
		(5) District 8, in Wrangell Harbor inside a line from the southwest point of the Alaska Wood Products, Inc. wharf to the light on Shekesti Point;  
		(6) District 12, in the waters of Favorite Bay; and  
		(7) District 13, in the waters north and west of the Eliason Harbor breakwater and Makhnati Island Causeway from the westernmost tip of Makhnati Island to the easternmost point on Bieli Rock to the southernmost tip of Gagarin Island to a point on the eastern shore of Crow Island at 57_ 06.43' N. lat., 135_ 28.27' W. long. to a point on the western shore of Middle Island at 57_ 06.41' N. lat., 135_ 28.11' W. long. to a point on the southeastern shore of Middle Island at 57_ 05.56' N .lat., 135_ 26.23' W. long. to the green navigation marker northeast of Kasiana Island, to the Baranof Island shore at 57_ 05.26'  N. lat., 135_ 22.95' W. long.
