Scallops may not be taken in the waters enclosed by a line running along the longitude of Cape Suckling at 144_ W. long. to a point at 60_ N. lat., then west along 60_ N. lat. to a point at 146_ W. long., then north along 146_ W. long. until it intersects a line drawn between Point Bentinck and Point Whitshed.
