Section 5.92.071. Tier I subsistence permits.

(a) If the board has directed that a hunt be administered under a Tier I subsistence permit, permits will be distributed in the same manner as other registration permits, under the same conditions applicable under 5 AAC 92.050 and 5 AAC 92.052, and Unit 13 Tier I subsistence caribou permits will be distributed to each eligible head of household following application. (b) In this section, "head of household" means a single person within the household who applies for a Tier I subsistence permit on behalf of the entire household in a particular regulatory year.
