Section 5.93.220. Amendment or revocation of an educational fishery permit.

  • 	(a)  No less than 10 days after notifying a permittee in writing, the commissioner will, in the commissioner's discretion, amend or revoke an educational fishery permit if the commissioner determines that such action is necessary to conserve fishery resources or to prevent a significant reallocation of fishery resources among existing users.  
    	(b)  If the commissioner determines that a permittee has violated any terms of the educational fishery permit or that an educational fishery program creates an immediate, irreversible, or a significant threat to the health of a fishery resource, the commissioner will, in the commissioner's discretion, summarily revoke the permit without prior notification to the permittee.
