Section 6.30.430. Notice of hearing.

Latest version.

The administrative law judge or hearing examiner shall give notice of the hearing to the parties at least 15 days before the start of the hearing, unless a shorter time is agreed to by the parties. The notice must state the time and place of the hearing.
