Beginning at the intersection of Trans-Alaska Pipeline Access Road and Repp Road; then easterly along the centerline of Repp Road to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending northeasterly to the southern bank of Chena River; then northeasterly along the southern bank of Chena River to its intersection with a an unnamed street; then southerly along the centerline of the unnamed street to its intersection with Richardson Highway; then easterly along the centerline of Richardson Highway to its intersection with the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary; then southerly along the Fort Wainwright Military Reservation boundary to its intersection with Piledriver Slough; then southerly, easterly, and westerly along the thread of Piledriver Slough to its intersection with Tanana River; then northerly, westerly, and easterly along the eastern bank of Tanana River to its intersection with Piledriver Slough; then northerly along the thread of Piledriver Slough to its intersection with north bank Tanana River, then northwesterly along the north bank Tanana River to its intersection with the City of North Pole boundary; then easterly along the City of North Pole boundary to its intersection with Laurance Road; then easterly along the centerline of Laurance Road to its intersection with Seavy Drive; then northerly along the centerline of Seavy Drive to its intersection with Silverleaf Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of Silverleaf Avenue to its intersection with Trans-Alaska Pipeline Access Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of Trans-Alaska Pipeline Access Road to the point of beginning.
