Beginning at the intersection of the City of North Pole boundary, Dawson Road, and Richardson Highway; then northwesterly along the City of North Pole boundary to its intersection with Chena Slough; then northerly along the thread of Chena Slough to its intersection with Plack Road; then easterly along the centerline of Plack Road to its intersection with Trans-Alaska Pipeline Access Road; then southerly along the centerline of Trans-Alaska Pipeline Access Road to its intersection with Silverleaf Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of Silverleaf Avenue to its intersection with Seavy Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Seavy Drive to its intersection with Laurance Road; then westerly along the centerline of Laurance Road to its intersection with the Alaska Railroad; then northwesterly along the Alaska Railroad to its intersection with the City of North Pole boundary; then easterly along the City of North Pole boundary to its intersection with Buzby Road; then northerly along the centerline of Buzby Road to the point of beginning.
