Beginning at the intersection of Glenn Highway and a non-visible point-to-point line south of Outer Springer Loop extending from the northern shoreline of Irene Lake; then westerly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the northern shoreline of Irene Lake and a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the northeastern shoreline of Long Lake at Monitor Well Jeep Road; then northwesterly along the non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Monitor Well Jeep Road; then northwesterly and northeasterly along the centerline of Monitor Well Jeep Road to its intersection with the Crevasse Morraine Trailhead; then northerly through the Crevasse Morraine Trailhead to its intersection with N. Loma Prieta Drive; then northeasterly along the centerline of N. Loma Prieta Drive to its intersection with E. Palmer Wasilla Highway; then westerly along the centerline of E. Palmer Wasilla Highway to its intersection with N. Arabian Lane; then northeasterly along the centerline of N. Arabian Lane to its intersection with an easement trail; then easterly along the easement trail to its intersection with Scott Road; then westerly along the centerline of Scott Road to its intersection with City Water Well Road; then southerly along the centerline of City Water Well Road to its intersection with Scott Road; then easterly along the centerline of Scott Road to its intersection with the City of Palmer boundary; then southerly along the City of Palmer boundary to its intersection with Glenn Highway; then southwesterly along the centerline of Glenn Highway to the point of beginning.
