Beginning at the intersection of Cottonwood Creek and the Palmer Slough Mud Flats boundary; then northeasterly along the thread of Cottonwood Creek to its intersection with W. Dermace Circle; then northerly along the centerline of W. Dermace Circle to its intersection with Hayfield Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of Hayfield Road to its intersection with S. Knik-Goose Bay Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of S. Knik-Goose Bay Road to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point extended line from Cottonwood Creek; then southeasterly along the non-visible point-to-point extended line from Cottonwood Creek to its intersection with Cottonwood Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Cottonwood Creek to its intersection with S. Fern Street; then southerly along the centerline of S. Fern Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of S. Fern Street; then southerly along the non-visible extended centerline of S. Fern Street to its intersection with W. Edlund Road; then southerly along the centerline of W. Edlund Road to its intersection with W. Fairview Loop; then easterly along the centerline of E. Fairview Loop to its intersection with E. Hanson/Watson Trail; then southerly along E.
