Beginning at the intersection of E. Northern Lights Boulevard and Bragaw Street; then northerly along the centerline of Bragaw Street to its intersection with E. 16th Avenue; then easterly along the centerline of E. 16th Avenue to its intersection with Hoyt Street; then northerly along the centerline of Hoyt Street to its intersection with the non-visible extended centerline of Bliss Drive; then southerly, easterly along the non-visible extended centerline of Bliss Drive to its intersection with Bliss Circle; then southeasterly along the centerline of Bliss Circle to its intersection with Pine Street; then southerly along the centerline of Pine Street to its intersection with E. Northern Lights Boulevard; then northwesterly along the centerline of E. Northern Lights Boulevard to the point of beginning.
