A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Funny River Road and the Kenai National Wilderness boundary due east of the Soldotna Airport; then easterly following the Kenai National Wilderness boundary and the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with Marcus Street; then northerly following the centerline of Marcus Street to its intersection with Kenai River Road; then westerly following Kenai River Road to its intersection with Funny River Road; then northerly following the City of Soldotna boundary to a non-visible point extending south from the median divide of the Kenai River; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of the Kenai River; then following the median divide of the Kenai River along the City of Soldotna boundary to a non-visible point extending west from the southwestern corner of the Sterling Census boundary; then northwest from a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Funny River census boundary and Sterling census boundary; then northeasterly following the Funny River Census boundary along the eastern shore of the Kenai River to a non-visible point extending from the western shore of the Kenai River to its intersection with Killey River; then westerly following the Funny River Census boundary to its intersection with Funny River Road at the edge of the Kenai National Wilderness boundary; then southwesterly following Funny River Road to the point of beginning.
