A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough as follows: beginning at the northern bank of Kenai River at its intersection with the extended centerline of Rabbit Run Road; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to Betty Lou Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Betty Lou Drive to its intersection with Huske Street; then northerly along the centerline of Huske Street to its intersection with Scout Lake Loop Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Scout Lake Loop Road to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then westerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with W. Robinson Loop Road; then northerly along the centerline of W. Robinson Loop Road to its intersection with High Point Avenue; then westerly along the centerline of High Point Avenue to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then northeasterly following the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with W. Robinson Loop Road; then north along the centerline of W. Robinson Loop Road to its intersection with Montgomery Avenue; then westerly following the centerline of Montgomery Avenue to the extended centerline of Montgomery Avenue and a non-visible point south of the southern shoreline of Three Lake; then northeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point southwest of the southern shore of Gagara Lake; then southeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to Swanson River Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Swanson River Road to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then easterly following the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW; then northeasterly along the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline ROW to its intersection with Burnt Island Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Burnt Island Creek to Chickaloon Bay; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary; then southeasterly following the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to a non-visible point north of Gull Rock Trail; then southerly following the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Gold Gulch; then easterly following Gold Gulch to its intersection with Resurrection Creek; then southerly following the thread of Resurrection Creek to its intersection with Juneau Creek; then southwesterly following the thread of Juneau Creek to its intersection with Slaughter Creek; then westerly following the thread of Slaughter Creek to its headwaters; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Trout Lake to the mouth of Thurman Creek; then northwesterly following the thread of Thurman Creek to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary and the western edge of the Cooper Landing Census boundary; then southerly following the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Kenai River; then westerly following the thread of Kenai River to where it spills into Skilak Lake; then westerly following the northern shoreline of Skilak Lake to the mouth of Hidden Creek; then continuing southwesterly following the Skilak Lake shoreline toward Blizzard Lake; then continuing southwesterly along the northern bank of Kenai River to its intersection with the Funny River Census boundary; then continuing along the northern bank of Kenai River to the point of beginning.
