A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the mouth of Diamond Creek; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Cook Inlet; then northeasterly following the median divide of Cook Inlet to a non-visible point due west of the mouth of Stariski Creek; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the mouth of Stariski Creek; then easterly following the thread of Stariski Creek to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then northerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Tall Tree Avenue; then southeasterly along the centerline of Tall Tree Avenue to its intersection with Trail Ranch Road; then southeasterly along the centerline of Trail Ranch Road to its intersection with Chakok River; then southerly along the thread of the Chakok River to its intersection with North Fork Road; then southwesterly following the centerline of North Fork Road to its intersection with Anchor River Feeder Creek; then easterly following the thread of Anchor River Feeder Creek to its intersection with Anchor River; then southwesterly following the thread of Anchor River to a feeder creek due east of Sterling Highway; then following the thread of the feeder creek to its intersection with North Fork Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of North Fork Road to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to a point due south of the intersection with Old Sterling Highway; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point south of Taxidermy Road; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point due north of Lily Lake; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the shoreline of Cook Inlet; then southerly following the shoreline of Cook Inlet to the point of beginning.
