Section 6.331.310. Diamond Ridge Precinct.

A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the mouth of Diamond Creek; then southerly following the shoreline of Cook Inlet to its intersection with the City of Homer boundary; then northerly following the City of Homer boundary to its intersection with the City of Kachemak boundary; then easterly following the City of Kachemak boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due south of the extended centerline of Meadow Lane and an unnamed creek; then northerly along the thread of the unnamed creek to Diamond Ridgeline; then northeasterly along Diamond Ridgeline to its intersection with Fritz Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Fritz Creek to its intersection with Beaver Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Beaver Creek to its intersection with Anchor River; then southwesterly following the thread of Anchor River to a feeder creek due east of Sterling Highway; then following the thread of the feeder creek to its intersection with North Fork Road; then northwesterly along the centerline of North Fork Road to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to a point due south of the intersection with Old Sterling Highway; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point south of Taxidermy Road; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to a point due north of Lily Lake; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the shoreline of Cook Inlet; then southerly following the shoreline of Cook Inlet to the point of beginning.
