A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the Kenai National Wilderness boundary where Kasilof River and Tustumena Lake meet due south of Berg Lake at the eastern edge of the Coho Census boundary and the eastern bank of the Kasilof River; then northerly following the eastern bank of Kasilof River and Cohoe Census boundary to its intersection with the Kasilof Census boundary at the edge of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then easterly following the Kasilof Census boundary to its intersection with Coal Creek; then southwesterly following the thread of Coal Creek and the Kasilof Census boundary to the junction of Coal Creek; then northeasterly following the thread of Coal Creek to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then northerly following the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Reflection Lake Trail; then northwesterly following the centerline of Reflection Lake Trail to its intersection with Brewer Road; then northwesterly following the centerline of Brewer Road to its intersection with W. Mallette Avenue; then westerly following the centerline of W. Mallette Avenue to its intersection with Kowakan Street; then northerly following the centerline of Kowakan Street to its intersection with Tote Road; then westerly following the centerline of Tote Road to its intersection with Stubblefield Drive; then northerly following the centerline of Stubblefield Drive to its intersection with Charlie Brown Drive; then northwesterly following the centerline of Charlie Brown Drive to its intersection with Oil Company Road; then northeasterly following the centerline of Oil Company Road to its intersection with Gas Well Road; then northeasterly following the centerline of Gas Well Road to its intersection with Kalifornsky Beach Road; then easterly following the centerline of Kalifornsky Beach Road to its point of departure from the City of Soldotna boundary due west of Sports Centre Road; then easterly following the City of Soldotna boundary to its intersection with Funny River Road; then northeasterly following the centerline of Funny River Road to its intersection with the Kenai National Wilderness boundary and the Funny River Census boundary; then easterly following the Kenai National Wilderness boundary to its intersection with Kenai River; then following the Funny River Census boundary extending across the Kenai River to its eastern bank; then southeasterly following the eastern bank of the Kenai River to the eastern shoreline of Skilak Lake; then northeasterly following the shoreline of Skilak Lake to its intersection with the mouth of Kenai River due east of Hidden Lake; then northeasterly following the thread of the Kenai River to its intersection with the Russian River; then southerly following the thread of the Russian River to its headwaters at Lower Russian Lake; then southerly following the Lower Russian Lake eastern shoreline to its end at the mouth of the Russian River; then southerly following the thread of the Russian River to its headwaters at Upper Russian Lake; then following the eastern shoreline of Upper Russian Lake to its intersection with Resurrection River Trail; then easterly following Resurrection River Trail to a point due west of its intersection with Resurrection River; then southeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the Resurrection River Trail to the junction of Summit Creek and Resurrection River; then following the Resurrection River to a non-visible point due west of the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then southerly following the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to a non-visible point where it intersects with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary in the Harding Icefield; then following a non-visible point-to-point line to the eastern edge of Tustumena Glacier; then northwesterly following the eastern edge of Tustumena Glacier to the headwaters of Glacier Creek; then northwesterly following the thread of Glacier Creek to its mouth at Tustumena Lake; then southerly following the shoreline of Tustumena Lake to the point of beginning.
