  • A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the mouth of McNeil Creek in Kachemak Bay; then northerly along the thread of McNeil Creek to its end; then northerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the intersection of Anchor River and Anchor River Feeder Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Anchor River Feeder Creek to its headwaters; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Swift Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Swift Creek to a non-visible point at the headwaters of Deep Creek Tributary; then northerly along the thread of Deep Creek Tributary to its intersection with Deep Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Deep Creek to its intersection with Cytex Creek; then easterly along the thread of Cytex Creek to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then northerly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to the shoreline of Tustumena Lake; then easterly following the southern shoreline of Tustumena Lake to its intersection with Glacier Creek; then southerly along the thread of Glacier Creek to its intersection with the eastern edge of Tustumena Glacier; then southerly along the eastern edge of Tustumena Glacier to its intersection with a non-visible point where the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary intersects with the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary in Harding Icefield; then southwesterly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to the Fox River Census boundary and the mouth of Bradley River; then westerly along the thread of Bradley River and the Fox River Census boundary to the mouth of Bradley River at the easternmost finger of Kachemak Bay; then southwesterly along the southern shoreline of the finger following the Fox River Census boundary to the median divide of Kachemak Bay; then southwesterly along the median divide of Kachemak Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the mouth of McNeil Creek; then northwesterly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning.
