A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Sterling Highway and Reflection Lake Road; then southerly along the Sterling Highway to its intersection with Coal Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Coal Creek to a non-visible point due north of the northwest corner of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then southerly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to the eastern bank of Kasilof River; then southerly along the eastern bank of Kasilof River to its mouth; then southerly following along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Crooked Creek; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Ninilchik River; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with Falls Creek Avenue and an unnamed creek; then northwesterly along the centerline of Falls Creek Avenue to its intersection with Sterling Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Sterling Highway to its intersection with Corea Creek; then westerly along the thread of Corea Creek to its mouth; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Cook Inlet; then northerly along the median divide of Cook Inlet to a non-visible point due east of the eastern shore of Kalgin Island; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the shoreline of Cook Inlet; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the intersection of Kalifornsky Beach Road and Oil Company Road; then southerly along the centerline of Oil Company Road to its intersection with Charlie Brown Drive; then easterly along the centerline of Charlie Brown Drive to its intersection with Stubblefield Drive; then southerly along the centerline of Stubblefield Drive to its intersection with Tote Road; then easterly along the centerline of Tote Road to its intersection with Kowakan Street; then southerly along the centerline of Kowakan Street to its intersection with W. Mallette Ave; then easterly along the centerline of W. Mallette Avenue to its intersection with Brewer Road; then southerly along the centerline of Brewer Road to its intersection with Reflection Lake Road; then southerly along the centerline of Reflection Lake Road to the point of beginning.
