A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: beginning at the City of Homer boundary in the median divide of Kachemak Bay; then northerly along the City of Homer boundary to its intersection with the City of Kachemak boundary; then northerly along the City of Kachemak boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due south of the extended centerline of Meadow Lane at an unnamed creek; then northerly along the thread of the unnamed creek to Diamond Ridgeline; then northeasterly along Diamond Ridgeline to its intersection with Fritz Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Fritz Creek to its intersection with a non-visible point north of the extended centerline of Skyline Drive; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the intersection of Beaver Creek and Anchor River; then northeasterly along the thread of Anchor River to a non-visible point due north of the headwaters of McNeil Creek; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of McNeil Creek; then southerly along the thread of McNeil Creek to its mouth; then southerly to the median divide of Kachemak Bay; then southwesterly along the median divide of Kachemak Bay to the point of beginning including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Kachemak.
