A portion of the City of Kodiak described as follows: beginning at the City of Kodiak boundary at its intersection with W. Rezanof Drive; then easterly along the centerline of W. Rezanof Drive to its intersection with Lower Mill Bay Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Lower Mill Bay Road to its intersection with Mill Bay Road; then northeasterly along the centerline of Mill Bay Road to the City of Kodiak boundary where it intersects with Island Lake Road; then northwesterly following the City of Kodiak boundary to the point of beginning.
