A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: beginning at the shore of Ouzinkie Point on Spruce Island; then northerly following the shoreline of Spruce Island to the northern shore of the mouth of Balika Basin; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line across Balika Basin to the southeastern shore; then southerly following the shoreline of Spruce Island to East Cape; then northeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the Kodiak Island Borough boundary; then southerly along the Kodiak Island Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point east of Narrow Strait; then westerly along the median divide of Narrow Strait to a non-visible point-to-point line southwest of Ouzinkie Point; then northeasterly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Ouzinkie.
