A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: beginning at the shore of Ouzinkie Point on Spruce Island; then northerly following the shoreline of Spruce Island to the northern shore of the mouth of Balika Basin; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line across Balika Basin to the southeastern shore; then southerly following the shoreline of Spruce Island to East Cape; then northeasterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the Kodiak Island Borough boundary; then northerly along the Kodiak Island Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point at the intersection of the median divide of Shelikof Strait and Viekoda Bay including Marmot, Afognak, and Raspberry Islands; then southeasterly along the median divide of Viekoda Bay to its intersection with the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge boundary at Naugolka Point; then southeasterly along the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point due west of a small lake near Barabara Cove; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the lake; then easterly along its southern shoreline to the mouth of a creek on its eastern shore; then easterly along the thread of the creek to Kizhuyak Bay; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Kizhuyak Bay; then northeasterly along the median divide of Kizhuyak Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line due north of the median divide of Marmot Bay; then following the median divide of Marmot Bay to a non-visible point-to-point line at Narrow Strait due west of Ouzinkie Point; then northeasterly following the non-visible point-to-point line to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Port Lions and all the area within the Kodiak Island Borough boundary of the Barren Islands.
