Section 6.333.525. Lemon Creek Precinct.

Beginning at the intersection of Switzer Creek and Egan Drive; then westerly following the centerline of Egan Drive to its intersection with Switzer Access Road; then northerly following the centerline of Switzer Access Road to its intersection with Glacier Highway; then westerly following Glacier Highway toward Seven Mile Road; then continuing on Glacier Highway due west of Seven Mile Road to a non-visible point; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to Thunder Mountain Trail until it joins Jordan Creek Tributary; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line toward Thunder Mountain; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of Lemon Creek; then southwesterly following the thread of Lemon Creek until its intersection with Lemon Creek Trail; then southwesterly following Lemon Creek Trail crossing the intersection of Glacier Highway to Vanderbilt Creek; then westerly following Vanderbilt Creek crossing the intersection with Egan Drive; then parallel to Egan Drive, moving southeasterly to the non-visible extended centerline of Vanderbilt Hill Road to the shoreline of Gastineau Channel; then westerly from the shoreline following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Gastineau Channel; then northwesterly following the median divide of Gastineau Channel to its intersection with Switzer Creek; then northerly following Switzer Creek to its intersection with Egan Drive to the point of beginning.
