Beginning at the intersection of the southeast corner of the City of Kasaan boundary and the shoreline of Kasaan Bay; then northerly along the City of Kasaan boundary to its intersection with South Thorne Bay Road; then northerly along the centerline of South Thorne Bay Road to its intersection with the City of Thorne Bay boundary; then southwesterly along the City of Thorne Bay boundary to its southwest corner in Kasaan Bay; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Kasaan Bay; then southeasterly along the median divide of Kasaan Bay, including Kasaan Island, to a non-visible point in the median divide of Kasaan Bay at its intersection with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough boundary; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the eastern shore of Grindall Island; then following the northern shore of Grindall Island to a non-visible point-to-point line across Grindall Passage to Grindall Point; then westerly along the southern shore of Kasaan Peninsula to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Kasaan.
