Beginning at a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the mouth of the Harris River to the median divide of Twelvemile Arm south of Cat Island; then westerly following the thread of Harris River to its intersection with McGilvory Creek at the southern tip of Black Bear Lake; then northwesterly following the eastern shoreline of Black Bear Lake to its linking creek with Black Lake; then northwesterly following the eastern shoreline of Black Lake to its linking creek that drains into Big Salt Lake; then westerly following the northern shore of Big Salt Lake and continuing along the shoreline of Prince of Wales Island to the northern shore of the mouth of Salt Lake Bay; then northwesterly to the southern tip of Harmony Island; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of Harmony Island to a non-visible point-to-point line in the median divide of Tonowek Bay; then southwesterly to a non-visible point-to-point line due south of Point Desconocida; then northwesterly following the non-visible point-to-point line to Point Desconocida; then northerly following the western shoreline of Heceta Island to Surf Point; then northwesterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the southern tip of Kosciusko Island, excluding Whale Head Island; then northerly following the southern shore of Kosciusko Island to a point due south of Cape Pole; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the northern shore of Warren Island; then westerly following the northern shoreline of Warren Island to Point Borlase; then westerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Sumner Strait and the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area boundary; then southerly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the median divide of Iphigenia Bay; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the mouth of Bucareli Bay south of Cape Bartholomew; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Bucareli Bay, including Forrester Island; then easterly along the median divide of Bucareli Bay to its intersection with the median divide of Trocadero Bay; then southeasterly along the median divide of Trocadero Bay to its head; then easterly along the foot trail to where it intersects with the Hydaburg Highway; then southerly along the centerline of Hydaburg Highway to National Forest Development 21 Road; then easterly along the centerline of National Forest Development 21 Road to its intersection with Twelvemile Creek; then northerly along the thread of Twelvemile Creek to where it spills into Twelvemile Arm; then northeasterly following the median divide of Twelvemile Arm to the point of beginning, including all the area within the city limits of Klawock and excluding all the area within the boundaries of the Craig Precinct.
