A portion of the City and Borough of Sitka described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Sawmill Creek Road and the Mount Verstovia Trail; then southwesterly to the shore of the Eastern Channel; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to its intersection with the Tongass National Forest boundary; then southwesterly following the Tongass National Forest boundary to a non-visible point-to-point line due east of the westernmost tip of Japonski Island at its intersection of Western Channel and Sitka Sound; then easterly following a non-visible point-to-point line to the shoreline of Japonski Island; then easterly following the northern shoreline of Japonski Island to a non-visible point-to-point line extending from the bridge crossing Crescent Bay; then following a non-visible point-to-point line crossing Crescent Bay to its intersection with the shoreline of Baranof Island; then northerly following the shoreline of Baranof Island to its intersection with the mouth of Cascade Creek; then northeasterly following the thread of Cascade Creek to its intersection with the Tongass National Forest boundary; then southeasterly and northeasterly along the Tongass National Forest boundary to its intersection with Lake Street Extension Road; then southerly following the centerline of Lake Street Extension Road to Lake Street; then southerly following the centerline of Lake Street to its intersection with the centerline of DeGroff Street; then easterly following the centerline of De Groff Street to its intersection with the centerline of Sawmill Creek Road; then easterly following the centerline of Sawmill Creek Road to the point of beginning.
